Permitless Carry Makes a Big Jump

Speaking of election years, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, a Republican, is making “constitutional carry” a corner post of his platform for November, a factor which will likely see him inking a proposal now winding its way through Atlanta right now.

Should that hattrick hold, and all three of those states join Alabama, half the country will have permitless carry.
