With figures like Travis Haley and Chris Costa being so 2008, a British commando-type by the name of Christian Craighead is the new tactical demi-god. While you don’t know him by sight, you do know him by reputation as he was that mysterious balaclava-clad SAS guy who clocked in during the 2019 DusitD2 hotel incident in Kenya, kind of wrapping up the whole thing one-handed.
Now retired from Her Majesty’s Service with the British equivalent of the Distinguished Service Cross and a VA Card, Craighead has teamed up with Washington’s Zev Tech to make a special edition OZ9 pistol.
It is pretty Gucci, has slide serrations cut at 22 degrees and a depth of 22 thousandths, and costs $2,222 (get the 22nd SAS reference without naming the color of the boathouse at Hereford?).
Nonetheless, it does have an optics cut, a nice trigger, a compensator, and all the extras you would expect from Zev.
